Rosslare's MD-12C/W Proximity Reader Module is probably the world's smallest OEM Proximity Reader Module. Reliable and cost-effective, this unit uses Wiegand 26-bit or Clock & Data protocol and is designed for direct mounting on PCBs in a variety of RFID technology applications.

Measuring a mere 11 mm (0.43 in.) in radius with a height of 9.5 mm (0.37 in.), the MD-12C/W is the perfect miniature-sized proximity reader component. With probably the world’s smallest footprint, it mounts directly onto PCBs. This reader is designed to integrate RFID technology into a variety of OEM products and applications. It is available in Clock & Data, Rosslare format protocol (MD-12C), and 26-Bit Wiegand format (MD-12W).
